RENT (Real Estate & New Technologies) is the biggest trade show dedicated to innovations for real estate professionals. RENT offers the opportunity to meet all the French and international actors of Proptech. This event brings together all real estate professionals (property managers, real estate agents, developers, investors, notaries, trustees, commercial real estate professionals, etc) for 2 days to share digital innovations and professional perspectives. In the program : meetings & speeches (conferences, debates, workshops, pitches, demonstrations); to understand, adapt and innovate in the sector of the real estate market and thus develop its activity. Graphic design and production of every communication medium. Work in close collaboration with the NØMAD agency, in charge of the event’s scenography. From the upstream communication of RENT (posters, brochures, press releases, e-mailing, save the date, displays campaign & social media, tickets), to the design of the event media (internal & external signage, POS, stands, goodies).

To help them make the right choice, Le Figaro Étudiant teams have created Les Rencontres de l’Orientation, multidisciplinary events, present in various cities in France. On the program : meetings with schools & companies, conferences, workshops, and coaching to help students build and consolidate their scholarship projects. Graphic design and production of all the mediums for the event. From the upstream communication of the trade show (posters, brochures, press releases, e-mailing, save the date, displays campaign, social media, tickets), to the design of the event media (internal & external signage, POS displays, stands, goodies.)

From the application process (e-mailing, press releases, display campaign, and social media), to the communication of the event (save the date, print, and web invitations), until the design of the ceremony’s media (internal & external signage, posters, photocall, winners’ envelopes, trophy design, winner’s presentation brochure).

In 2018, the « career branch » motto of Figaro Classifieds was the promotion of French talent in national and international companies. The Anglicism French Talent immediately echoed another expression and great French pride, the French Touch, a musical current born in France, and carried by many pillars of electronic music such as Laurent Garner, Daft Punk, Étienne de Crécy or Mr. Oizo. Design of a graphic identity inspired by vinyl records, mixing the notions of « French Touch » and « French Talent ». Graphic design and production of posters and signage for the Figaro Classifieds career and real estate kick-offs.

For the « real estate » branch of Figaro Classifieds, 2018 marked the return of the group’s real estate brands in the heart of the daily life of its users. From Figaro Immo–immoneuf to Propriété Le Figaro and Achat-terrain, the group wishes to communicate around the support of future tenants, buyers and professionals of the sector by offering complete tools, easy to use, and above all didactic with advice, practices, tutorials and news.
Integration of the pictographic « F », symbol of the Figaro group in the center of a cosmopolitan city, with varied landscapes on an open laptop, making the link between the tools developed and offered by the group and its users.
Graphic design and production of posters and signage for the Figaro Classifieds career and real estate kick-offs.
